Welcome to effasidekatelier.com (the “Site”), operated by Effa Sidek Atelier, under Effa Sidek Resources (business registration no. 201803218718 / KT0432572-K), located at 13-1, Jalan LP 2A/1, Lestari Perdana, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms govern access to and use of the Site, including all purchases. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may purchase by registering an account or as a guest. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
2. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to disrupt the Site’s operation, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to provide false information.
3. Product and Order Information
We strive to describe products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, colours, or prices are error-free. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen calibration.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order through the methods stated on the Site (including cards and instalment options such as Atome, where available). Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically.
5. Custom Size Orders (Made to Order)
Custom Size orders require full payment upfront and are made to your measurements. Once your measurements are confirmed, Custom Size orders cannot be cancelled or refunded (non-refundable). Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Product Care
Our garments are made with selected fabrics and finishes that require specific care. We are not responsible for damage or changes to garments caused by improper care or washing. Please follow the care instructions before washing or caring for the garment.
7. Shipping
Shipping is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, motifs, images, and content on the Site are the property of Effa Sidek Atelier. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
9. Changes and Pricing
Product prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time.
10. Errors and Inaccuracies
Occasionally, information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to update these terms by posting the latest version on the Site. Your continued use indicates acceptance of those changes.
