Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout Malaysia.

Order Processing

Ready Stock orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

Custom Size orders are completed and dispatched within 14 to 21 working days after your measurements are confirmed via WhatsApp. During periods of high order volume or festive seasons, completion may take up to 2 months.

Costs and Courier

Shipping is via J&T Express. Shipping charges:

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM10
• Sabah and Sarawak: shown at checkout based on address and parcel weight

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent automatically to your email once your order ships. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours after the courier collects the parcel.

Changing Your Shipping Address

For security, only our team can change delivery details. If there is an address error, WhatsApp us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made after an order has shipped.
