We currently ship throughout Malaysia.

Order Processing

Ready stock orders are processed and shipped within up to 14 working days. Orders are processed according to our current capacity to ensure quality and accuracy.

Custom Size orders take 14 to 21 working days after your measurements are confirmed via WhatsApp, as they are made to your measurements.

Costs and Courier

Shipping is via J&T Express. Shipping charges:

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM10
• Sabah and Sarawak: shown at checkout based on address and parcel weight

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent automatically to your email once your order ships. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours after the courier collects the parcel.

Changing Your Shipping Address

For security, only our team can change delivery details. If there is an address error, WhatsApp us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made after an order has shipped.
